So Wendy Williams attorney Joe Takapina, we know him because he also worked with Aset Rocky in the case as well too. Um he told me over the weekend that they are definitely exploring the idea of taking legal action following Wendy’s medical records being allegedly leaked to the media.

 So we talked about this last week. Remember it was a story about her testing is done and then a source confirmed that she had been found that that it came out um that she actually has the dementia and all the things that they were claiming according to that source. So Joe Techino was pissed off. He was really really mad.

 When I spoke to him, he said that this is a clear violation of her of the HIPPA law even if the report is false because he’s still saying that this report is false. Now Wendy has been out over the weekend. Uh she ran into Page Six. She was she she looks good, but there’s one video where she’s talking about Joe Techina being upset. Listen to the audio.

Wendy, uh how are you tonight and what brings you out? Um coming out to eat. It’s dinner time and um any reactions to the uh your medical report that does hold up the uh dementia diagnosis? Uh no. And my attorneys are highly upset. They are? Yes, my attorneys My attorneys are highly upset. Okay, good. Diamond. Yeah.

And what about the uh Do you have anything you want to say to your conservator? I want to say hi to my attorney, Alan Diamond. All right. And Joe Cool. Joe Takapina. Those are my attorneys. And And I will get Adam Barian. I I saw the video over the weekend. She does not look okay. She didn’t look good in that video.

There was So there was two that video. She’s walking uh with What do you mean she didn’t look good? She look sick or does she look um explain all the different faces and just at one point she seemed like she was about to cry and break down and then like she’s like snap back into it and I don’t know it’s just it’s different.

 She just does not look okay. She was talking very slow just now. Yes. And then there’s another video where comma after every word. Oh yeah. A big big pause after every word. But there’s another video from this weekend as well where she looks a lot better than what you’re talking about and she’s talking a bit better.

But I mean it’s still a lot different than we’ve seen her. But according to like you know how they’ve been trying to the conservators have been trying to present this whole dementia thing. It’s like she can go in and out of it. So I don’t know like we don’t know to happens with dementia.

 You do go in and out of it until you are you know until it gets to a stage where you’re completely you know what I mean? You can’t get out of it anymore. But I agree with you though. She didn’t look good in that first video. And the reason why I was saying earlier that I don’t think it’s looking good for her is because at this point what is what it’s seeming like is the things that that her family the attorneys that they’re arguing about it just doesn’t seem like they’re ever going to come to a resolve.

Like where did it go wrong? Cuz at one time I thought it was going in a good direction and that she possibly Yeah. had a had a good chance of leaving and then all of a sudden it just spiraled out of control. Well, the conservator is still saying the same thing. She uh Sabrina Morsy doesn’t want to be the conserv conservator.

 She wants to figure out exactly what is going on with Wendy healthwise, which is why these tests happened or did not. I don’t um and then they find a new conservator, then they figure it out. But it’s all dependent on these tests. And I’m being told two different things. Like I literally read a letter that said that the tests were complete.

 It did not have her medical diagnosis in it though, which is why they’re upset because somewhere somehow a diagnosis got given to somebody. Um and that was given to the judge. But Joe Techina saying there’s an independent doctor who was supposed to do these tests. I don’t know if they’re arguing semantics.

 It just seems like it’s going nowhere at this point though. Um so yes. Uh but in other news, um I’ll just say it felt like things were moving a lot more uh a lot more positively when Gina Lisa was at the helm. Yeah. Like Gina was holding it down and that was the woman who was helping Wendy figure out like almost like as as a consultant um figure out like who who should be on her team, what should be done when she gets out of conservatorship.

 What does that look like? Cuz she stay she still will need a bit more help. you know, she’s talked about other health issues. Feel like things have gone off the rails since Gina hasn’t been around. It’s all over the place right now. To Gina, drop the clue bombs for Gina. Lisa. Yeah, I agree. This really makes you think if you have older parents or even yourself to make sure that you put yourself in a predicament or a situation where you have somebody that you can trust.

Not a predicament. You want to well position. Yeah. Prepare for you know that that somebody that you can trust can take care of you and that you don’t put yourself in this situation like this. Well, speaking of Glattis Knight, so Glattus Knight currently on tour, uh currently on tour with Shaka Khan, Stephanie Mills as a part of the Queen’s tour and Patty Leel. Um and her son actually filed um some some paperwork in North Carolina claiming that she is being or alleging that she’s being mentally and financially abused by her current boyfriend.

Now, Glattis Knight had to come out and release a statement. Um so, we have the statement. The statement says, “I’m sorry that my health um that my health and performances have been misrepresented.” Uh she says, “I want my fans and those concerned to rest assured I’m doing well for someone who has been on stage for threequarters of a century.

Hard to believe, right? I’m healthy and I’m happy. I’m visiting friends and family these last few months. I’m excited to get back on the road with my sisters on stage during the Queen’s tour. See you soon.” So, she had to come out and make that statement because her son is alleging that her boyfriend, who is, you know, bit younger than her, um is taking advantage of her and her son is saying she should not be on stage.

just not helping her. She looks happy in the videos that I’ve seen though. But so behind the scenes is obviously some issues. Yeah. It’s funny when you say things like that though. She looks happy in the videos I’ve seen. That’s all you saw was a video that was probably 2, three minutes long.

 Like you know what I’m saying? Like when people make these statements, they’re making them because they’re with these people for long periods of time, way longer than we see them. Or they seen something we didn’t see. They seen something behind the scenes or they see something that made it made them feel. This is wild how social media people work and how we just work cuz we see somebody for 3 minutes like she look fine to me.

I seen that video. But what do what do we have to go off of? Because she herself, she’s saying she’s okay. Think about that. But then her son is saying no cuz her son is with her all the time. You ever thought about that? Her son and her son been with her son has been with her for her whole life.

 So he would know when something’s wrong. And Glattus Knight is 81 years old. So something’s going on. She might not want to show what’s going on. She might not want to say what’s going on. But if she it might keep her it might keep her going and be able to get back something. I think by the way I don’t know what’s wrong with her but we’ve all something is wrong with her.

Yes. And I don’t Yeah. And we’ve been all been we’ve been in situations where we’ve seen you know when older people start to break down they never they always the last to know. That’s my point. Yeah. And so there’s been a instance where her son has talked about to you guys point uh that there was one time during like a New Year’s Eve party where for like 45 minutes he says that you know her memory struggled and she couldn’t even remember who he was while talking to him.

 So she he feels like she’s just on cruise control right now. So she’s like her being on stage and performing and doing all this touring is not helping her. Um and so he want her to sit down somewhere. Yeah. He wants her to you know he wanted her to sit down. Yep. What’s the problem with that? Mom, you to your mom, you getting up there.

 I’m starting to see things not be the way they used to be. I need you to sit down somewhere. Mom, I care about you. But you know sometimes when you get to that that age where you just want to do what you want to do. Sometimes performing keeps you alive. I was about to say sometimes, you know, you don’t want to just sit sit down and relax.

 You want work. The older you get, the more stubborn you are. Like that’s that’s just how it is. She been doing the same thing for a long time. And it’s it’s her pattern. Yeah. And her Gladis son is saying that like her husband who he’s saying is is misusing his power. He says, “I giving him I’ve given him room to be her husband and do her thing, but now I’m stepping in.

 I’m not trying to overstep.” But yeah, but as her son, I just feel like this was going on. But I think we you look at people like, you know, Wendy, she keeps talking about doing a podcast and get back on air. Glattus night says she wants to get back on stage with her sisters and tour. So maybe it’s just that that thing.

 But if there’s any more updates here because she did release this statement and she said she’s okay. We’ll let you know. That’s what’s up.
