Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted taking their son Samuel to Disneyland in honor of his 12th birthday weekend.

Although they split up nearly a decade ago, Ben and Jennifer have famously maintained a warm and friendly co-parenting equation.

Their amicable rapport was in evidence earlier this week, when the pair united to celebrate Samuel’s birthday on its actual date.

Once the weekend rolled around, Jennifer and Ben were together again to treat their youngest child to an excursion at the ‘happiest place on earth.’

In addition to their little boy, the former spouses are also the proud parents of two teenage daughters – Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15.

Jennifer cut a casual figure in a striped sweater and a pair of true blue jeans, warding off the California rays with a baseball cap.

Meanwhile Ben, sporting a distinguished touch of grey in his hair and beard, layered a dashing coat over his cardigan and t-shirt.

On the romantic front, Jennifer is currently in a long-term on-off relationship with one John Miller, while Ben has married his early-aughts flame Jennifer Lopez.

Rounding off the blended family, J-Lo is bringing up a set of 16-year-old twins called Max and Emme, whom she shares with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony.

A source recently informed DailyMail.com that the J-Lo marriage has helped Ben and his ex-wife ‘get to a better place’ in their own equation.

‘Ben is healthy. The drama of the past and the emotions of divorce are long gone and they are all making it work,’ the insider explained.

Ben’s two wives are apparently ‘friendly’ with one another, and all of the children in the blended family are said to ‘love each other.’
