Ben Affleck looked stressed while out in Los Angeles with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and his mother Chris Boldt on Tuesday.

The actor, 51, was seen with Garner, 52, on their son Samuel’s last day of school.

Despite rumors Affleck’s marriage with Jennifer Lopez is on the rocks, the actor did manage a grin at one point as he chatted with his ex and mother.

Ben wore a grey sweater over a burgundy T-shirt, jeans, and his usual Nike sneakers.

His ex sported a blue zip-down sweater, navy leggings, socks, and trainers.

Ben and Jennifer have remained on good terms since divorcing in 2018. They co-parent the three children they welcomed during their marriage: Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.

In 2021, the actor rekindled his romance with former fiancee Jennifer Lopez before marrying her a year later.

But lately they have been embroiled in split speculation.

However, an insider insists the couple are ‘still friendly’.

‘They’re still friendly and see each other every few days,’ an insider close to the singer told People.

It comes after it had been claimed that Ben had a four-hour meeting with Jennifer on Sunday at the $60 million marital home they have hired a realtor to sell.

The couple have been dogged by rumors of marriage problems, and it was recently alleged they are on the brink of divorce.

Under a cloud of conjecture about the state of their relationship, Affleck reportedly visited Lopez, 54, at their house in Bel Air this past weekend.

He is thought to be living separately from her at a $100,000-per-month rental property in Brentwood, two blocks away from his ex-wife Jennifer.

But on Sunday evening he returned to the mansion he shares with Lopez and remained there with her from 5pm to 9pm, sources informed Page Six.

The encounter comes on the heels of claims that the couple are ‘living separate lives’ amid their rumored marital woes.

For weeks it has been claimed the couple’s marriage was on the rocks after it emerged the pair had not been photographed together publicly for 47 days.

What followed was a series of awkward public outings, with body language experts deducing the pair seemed ‘unhappy’ in each other’s company.

Now it’s claimed that while the pair are not ‘officially separated’ they have been spending time away from each other and looking at buying separate homes.

‘Jen and Ben have been living separate lives but have not officially separated yet,’ a source told ET. ‘At this point, they are just doing their own thing. They went into their relationship very optimistic and thought things could change, but they haven’t.’

The source continued: ‘Jen is touring houses and shopping around for her own home. She has been leaning on her mum, sisters, and kids during this transitional period.

‘Ben is sad about it all but focused on his work, being a great dad, and co-parenting well with Jennifer Garner. He has been leaning on Matt Damon and his close circle of guy friends. Matt is always in Ben’s corner and is supportive of him.’

The reports come following claims the couple hired realtor Santiago Arana, from The Agency, to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they bought last year.

The pair, who have reportedly been ‘living apart’ for weeks, bought the residence after touring more than 80 properties together to find the perfect martial home for their blended family.

Amid rumors that ‘divorce is imminent’ for the pair, a source told TMZ that their realtor has been ‘showing the house for around two weeks’ but has not secured a buyer yet.

The insider reported that ‘they’re asking around $65 million for the house.’

With the ‘significant money’ the couple put into improvements, the outlet said they would be taking a ‘loss of millions of dollars.’

TMZ also reported that Lopez is ‘already looking for a new house’ as Affleck stays at his $100K-per-month rental in Brentwood near Garner.

Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photographs of their marital home’s lavish interior have popped up on realtor websites after being removed following the property’s sale to the couple last May.

DailyMail.com determined that these new photos were uploaded to real estate site Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5. The house is still listed as sold.

The couple bought the home and paid for it with cash after a two-year-search for their dream home in what was supposedly a fairytale ending to their decade’s long love story.

Today, fifty images including an exterior shot of the palatial property lit up and glowing against the Los Angeles sky are visible across multiple real estate sites where once there were none.

A description of the property has also been uploaded describing the Wallingford estate, on which the property sits, as an exclusive 6-acre promontory. The lot includes not only the main building but an adjacent additional house providing 10,000 square feet of guest accommodation along with a caretaker house.

There are garages for 15 cars and parking for 80 and an outdoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, gym and boxing ring and bar as well as a 150 degrees zero edge pool.

The move has sparked speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000square foot property is set to be put quietly back on the market.

A representative for J Lo pointed out that the images themselves are not new.

It is just the latest indicator that all is not well with the A-listers who eloped to Las Vegas in July 2022 before celebrating their union across several days – and several gowns – in Georgia the following month.

Last week Lopez shocked fans by abruptly canceling her This is Me… Live tour for which sales had proved disappointing.

In a statement she described herself as ‘completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down.’
