Ben Affleck was wearing band-new Nike sneakers in Los Angeles on Friday morning when with his 11-year-old son Samuel.

This come the day after he accidentally dunked his Air Jordans into a puddle making them soggy wet.

The 51-year-old filmmaker – who was recently caught in the middle of an awkward situation – wore a white t-shirt underneath a gray sweater and dual-tone flannel.

Affleck also donned a slightly oversized pair of blue jeans. The Air performer completed his look for the day with a pair of chic sunglasses.

Meanwhile, his wife Jennifer Lopez is in New York City preparing to the musical guest on SNL.

The actor shares Samuel, as well as his daughters Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15, with his former wife, Jennifer Garner.

The Argo director and the Alias star, 51, became friends on the set of features such as Pearl Harbor and Daredevil, and they began dating in 2004.

The pair tied the knot during an intimate wedding ceremony that was held in 2005, and they welcomed Violet that same year.

Affleck and Garner went on to add Seraphina and Samuel to their family in 2009 and 2012, respectively.

The performers ultimately separated in 2015, and their divorce was finalized three years later.

The actor, who was also linked to Ana de Armas, went on to rekindle his relationship with Jennifer Lopez, to whom he was briefly engaged in the early 2000s.

The filmmaker and the 54-year-old singer went on to tie the knot in Las Vegas in July of 2022.

Affleck also serves as a stepfather to his wife’s twins Emme and Maximilian, 16, whom she shares with her former husband Marc Anthony.

Lopez spoke about her blended family during an interview with Vogue, during which she stated that her children were adapting quickly to their new dynamic.

‘The transition is a process that needs to be handled with so much care. They have so many feelings. They’re teens. But it’s going really well so far,’ she said.

The Jenny From The Block singer went on to speak about her aspirations for her expanded family.

‘What I hope to cultivate with our family is that his kids have a new ally in me and my kids have a new ally in him, someone who really loves and cares about them but can have a different perspective and help me see things that I can’t,’ she stated.
