Congress is using deceptive advertising, and Rajasthan is not seeing a surge in its support: Pralhad Joshi

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi attacked the Rajasthani Congress party for disseminating deceptive advertisements in an attempt to win over voters. He declared that the Congress wave in Rajasthan was a fabrication and charged the party with various offenses including corruption. Joshi disputed Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s assertion that the party will win 156 seats, stating that they would be lucky to secure 56. Additionally, he took issue with the Congress for calling the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) “weapons of BJP.”

KOTA: Union minister and chief of the Rajasthan BJP Pralhad Joshi attacked the Congress on Monday, claiming that it used deceptive advertising to win over voters. After overseeing the preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s planned public meetings in Baran’s Anta and Kota’s Dusshera ground on Tuesday, Joshi told reporters that the state’s ruling party was disseminating false information through its ad, “Rajasthan Main Congress Ki Lahar” (Congress wave in Rajasthan).

According to the Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister, the need to demonstrate through advertisements that there is a Congress wave in Rajasthan suggests that there isn’t a wave supporting the party.

He blasted the Gehlot government for their supposed 156 seats, citing corruption, the paper leak scandal, and other crimes in the state. He also said Congress would hardly be able to win 56 seats.

Joshi stated that the Congress will not be able to win even 56 seats, despite its claims in the advertisement that they would win 156 seats.

The BJP leader vowed, “I will come to your home and honour you if you come to win 56 seats, Gehlotji.”

“People cannot be seen during Gehlot’s rallies… “There are numerous villages where residents are refusing to even let Congress members inside,” he continued.

Joshi also attacked the party for calling the CBI and ED “weapons of BJP” just one day before.

The BJP has the ED and CBI, the Congress declared on Sunday, while it has restaurants.

Joshi mentioned accusations made by Gehlot’s party members against Rajasthan minister Pramod Jain Bhaya, citing charges against Congress MLA Bharat Singh and Ramnarayan Meena. He also mentioned that the chief minister’s right hand was implicated in the document leak issue.

“Despite all this, he (Gehlot) wants that the ED and CBI should not have taken any action,” he stated.

The Union minister also drew attention to the differences that exist between Ashok Gehlot, the chief minister, and Sachin Pilot, his former deputy, alleging that the former is turning against the latter.

The moment has come, according to BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra, to respond democratically to the Congress, which treats Hindus like second-class citizens.

According to Patra, as the election dates get near, the Congress officials who called Ram “imaginary” in their affidavits to the court are suddenly singing the “Gayatri mantra” and doing hawan.

Patra claimed that the accused’s automobile had a sticker of a Congress candidate stuck on the back windshield, alluding to the claimed gang rape of a fifteen-year-old girl in Nagaur district.

The state’s assembly polls are scheduled for November 25 and the vote count is scheduled for December 3.
