Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck brought their families together for a very special day.
On Thursday, May 30, the Air actor, 51, and the Family Switch star, 52, reunited their families as they celebrated their 18-year-old daughter Violet’s high school graduation. Affleck and wife Jennifer Lopez were in attendance, as were Lopez’s twins Emme and Max, 16.
Garner was also at the Los Angeles school graduation ceremony, as well as the actress and Affleck’s kids Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
In a photo shared on her high school’s public Instagram, the Class of 2024 appears to be wearing sweatshirts from their future colleges. Violet can be seen wearing a navy crewneck with “Yale” written in white in the corner.
In the comments, Garner wrote, “♥️♥️♥️.”
Earlier this month, the actress posted a series of photos on Instagram of herself crying while attending Violet’s Class of 2024 pre-graduation sendoff ceremony.
“Tell me you have a graduate without telling me you have a graduate. 🎓 (bless our hearts 🥺♥️🤣),” Garner wrote of Violet in the caption.
In the first photo shared, a teary Garner clapped as she stood in a hall full of proud parents during the school ceremony. She appeared to wipe tears from her face in the next snap as she stood outside while wearing a lanyard printed with her name.
Garner was also crying while sitting on a plane as she said in one clip, “How are we going to make it? What are we going to do?” She then lifted her glasses and wiped away more tears with a tissue.

A final photo showed the star sporting a pair of silver glasses with “2024” written across the lenses in large black digits as she stood in a kitchen.
In November 2023, Garner spoke about how well her eldest Violet was handling attending college tours ahead of preparing to leave the nest.
“It is exciting,” she said on Live with Kelly & Mark. “I can see the stress — even though the excitement and stress go hand in hand. But she’s handling it like a champ and she’s totally in charge. I’m not having to say, ‘Are you doing this, are you doing this?’ She’s a self-starter. And I’m just proud of her no matter what.”
