Jennifer Garner Reportedly Never Thought Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck ‘Were A Good Match’
An insider told Life & Style that the Yes Day actress has been nothing but “supportive” of the Gone Girl actor’s marriage to the J-Lo Beauty founder, but “it was no secret she didn’t think he and J-Lo were a good match.”
“Jen was extremely tolerant and always found a way to bite her tongue and be cordial to J-Lo whenever they were in the same room. But truth be told they’re like oil and water, you couldn’t find two people more different,” the insider added.

Jennifer Garner Reportedly Knew It Was ‘Going To End In Tears’
Although a split has yet to be announced, it’s looking more and more likely that their divorce will be revealed in the not-so-distant future. After all, the Argo actor has already moved out of the home he once shared with the “On The Floor” singer, and has recently purchased his own home in Los Angeles, not to mention the fact that he and his wife spent their second wedding anniversary apart.
And the Miracles from Heaven star, like many other people it seems, is reportedly not shocked to see Affleck and Lopez heading for divorce. “Like most people, she knew it was only going to end in tears, it was just a matter of when and how,” the source also shared with the outlet.
“She’s trying to be diplomatic about it, she doesn’t want anyone, least of all the kids, to be aware that there’s any lingering bad blood between her and J-Lo,” the insider continued, before going on to say that she is “secretly relieved that this is coming to an end as she won’t have to keep up the ridiculous façade and make excuses to tell Ben about why she doesn’t want to go on holiday with them.”
