Jennifer Garner sent a hopeful message to her followers as she shared a poem about getting through tough times.
The optimistic poem by Cleo Wade reminded readers that difficult times do not last ‘forever’ and was shared with the 54-year-old’s Instagram followers on Thursday.
It comes as her ex-husband Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Lopez land at the center of split speculation.
‘You will not have the blues forever,’ the poem, entitled It Gets Better, begins. ‘Forever/Is the only thing that lasts forever.
‘When the night sky/ falls upon you/Look up at her/see the darkness and the vastness/of her blues/hold your eyes steady on her/watch/the sun sneak in/see how even she, the great big sky/changes with/the new day.’

The actress, 54, posted a poem by Cleo Wade, entitled It Gets Better, to her Instagram Stories on Thursday
‘This too shall pass,’ the poem concludes with emphasis.
The poem was shared to Garner’s Instagram Stories and contained no other personal message from the Alias star, however she did tag Cleo and added a heart emoji.
The posting coincides with rumored marital troubles Garner’s ex Ben has been enduring with his second wife Jennifer Lopez.
Garner and Affleck were previously married from 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018. They share three children together: Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.
Affleck tied the knot with JLo in 2021 after they rekindled their romance 17 years following their initial split.
In recent months, Lopez appears to be on the rocks with Affleck, who has moved out of their $60M Bel Air, California mansion and into a $100K a month rental, but in the past week they have been holding hands and are more cuddly.
Meanwhile, UsWeekly claimed this week she is rocks with Affleck because she works too much.
Lopez has also canceled her This Is Me… Live summer concert to spend more time with her ‘family.’ A source has told DailyMail.com that Lopez has ‘no work plans this summer’ and will likely take a vacation with her teen twins Max and Emme as well as husband Ben Affleck.

On June 1, Lopez canceled her concert to spend more time with her family.
The singer was set to go on the This Is Me… Live tour starting in July to help celebrate her 55th birthday.
But the Hustlers actress wanted to be at home in Los Angeles, it was added.
DailyMail.com was given a statement on the cancelation. ‘Representatives for Live Nation announced today that the Jennifer Lopez US Summer 2024 Tour THIS IS ME…LIVE is canceled.
‘Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends,’ it was added.
‘For those who purchased through Ticketmaster, tickets will automatically be refunded – there is nothing further fans need to do.

Lopez sent this special message to her fans through her OntheJLo site.
‘I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down,’ the Hustlers star began.
‘Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary.
‘I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…’ wrote the producer.
A source told DailyMail.com that Lopez was sad to be dropping out of the tour, which was selling well, but needed to be home at this time.
‘She’s taking time off to be with family and close friends,’ said the insider as they noted she had been rehearsing often for the show and was ready to commit, but felt it was time for a break.
‘This was a very difficult decision made by Jennifer this week and she’s sorry to her fans.’
This decision was not made around ticket sales as the tour was actually doing well in most key cities and there had been a good uptick, a source told DailyMail.com.
