Jennifer Lopez’s reunion with her husband Ben Affleck came to an abrupt end shortly after they departed his daughter’s high school graduation party at his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s house on Thursday.

The 54-year-old singer and actress and the 51-year-old Air filmmaker were spotted leaving together in a black Cadillac Escalade and heading to the $100K-per-month rented mansion Affleck has been staying in alone after reportedly moving out of their marital home.

But after arriving at the rented house, Jennifer was seen immediately getting into her escalade with her assistant and driving away — leaving Ben behind, onlookers said.

After arriving together at the rented home Ben has been staying at in recent weeks after reportedly moving out of their marital home, Jennifer left on her own, according to onlookers

Afterward, they were also pictured exiting the party together in Affleck’s BMW as they head to his rental before going their separate ways.

Their reunion — and subsequent dispersal — comes nearly two weeks after Ben and Jennifer were last spotted at a movie event with the his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, on Sunday, May 19.

As they made their arrival at the party with the Batman actor’s mother Christopher Anne Boldt — who goes by ‘Chris’ — the pair projected the opposite image of marital bliss as they both appeared melancholy amid mounting reports that their marriage is on the rocks.

The Let’s Get Loud hitmaker sported a pair of oversize sunglasses and kept her head down as she walked beside Affleck.

The Daredevil star carried a large wicker basket, presumably with gifts for Violet, as it was overflowing with pink tissue paper.

Both Ben and Jennifer appeared to be wearing their wedding rings, after he was spotted without his band at various points throughout the past month.

Last weekend, however, the wedding ring reappeared on his hand during a solo outing.

The married couple, who have been beset by rumors of marital trouble after they were not seen together in public for weeks, were seen earlier leaving the party with Ben’s mother Christopher Anne ‘Chris’ Boldt

As they crossed the street and walked up the sidewalk for the party together on Thursday, Lopez kept her hands in the pockets of her low-cut, floral tea dress.

She looked stunning strutting in a pair of clear nylon heels, wearing a gold heart pendant necklace and carrying a structured crossbody bag.

Complementing his wife, who was dressed to the nines, Affleck looked handsome in a dark-gray blazer with matching trousers and a white button-down.

The embattled couple were joined by his mother, who wore an animal-print blazer over an all-black ensemble.

Afterward, the couple were seen leaving Violet’s graduation party together alongside Affleck’s mother.

Ben appeared to be opening the car door for his mother while his wife stood on the other side, seemingly waiting for him to unlock her door as other vehicles were driving by.

They left together in his BMW and Affleck drove to the Brentwood rental he has been staying in, bringing along his mother and wife.

Shortly afterward, Lopez was seen leaving the house alone with her assistant driving her Escalade.

She appeared to have opted out of spending any more time with Affleck and his mother as she headed out to continue with her busy schedule.

Their reunion on Thursday was their first in twelve days. They attended a movie event with Garner and their kids two weeks earlier, and the couple were seen putting on a frosty display at his child Fin’s school recital two days earlier.

That marked their first sighting in seven weeks, as they had not been seen together since late March in New York City.

In recent months, the couple have rarely been spotted crossing paths or spending time together in public amid separation rumors.

Lopez was also on her own for her co-chair duties at the Met Gala in New York City on May 6, as many fans were surprised that Affleck skipped the event.

Shortly afterward, it was reported that the pair ‘just couldn’t make it work’ and are headed for a split after less than two years of marriage.

It was also reported earlier this month that they had already been living separately for weeks.

It has only been a year since Affleck and Lopez bought their $60.85 million, 46,000 square-foot mansion.

Since then, not only has Affleck moved out, but Lopez was pictured house hunting by herself in Beverly Hills on May 14.

Earlier this month, it was revealed Affleck had moved out of their marital home to a $100,000-a-month property in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

In the past two weeks, Affleck was not present to support his wife during her press tour for her critically reviled Netflix sci-fi action flick Atlas and also skipped her Mexico City movie premiere on Tuesday.

The couple also passed up another holiday together, as Lopez was seen spending Memorial Day alone on Monday.

On the same day, Affleck appeared downcast as he made a solo arrival at Violet’s first graduation celebration, without the singer on his arm.
