The New England Patriots teased Tom Brady fans, who are eager for the quarterback to return in their latest announcement.

Amid rumors of the 46-year-old coming out of retirement, his former team rode the momentum to keep fans on their toes.

On Friday, the team cleverly promoted Brady’s Patriot Hall of Fame induction, writing: ‘So @TomBrady is back…. on June 12.’

Brady spent 20 seasons and won six Super Bowl titles during his memorable run with the Patriots. After ending the historic partnership between him, Bill Belichick, and the team, Brady went to Tampa Bay, where he led the Buccaneers to a title in 2021.

Following his second season with the Bucs, Brady announced his retirement before retracting it in the same offseason to have one more go in the NFL.

After losing to the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round in 2022, Brady announced that he was stepping away ‘for good’.

With rumors circulating about his return, Brady appeared on DeepCut with VicBlends and said he is ‘not opposed’ to lacing up his cleats again. However, Brady acknowledged how his new role as a part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders could be a roadblock.

‘I’m not opposed to it,’ Brady shared. ‘I don’t know if they’re gonna let me be an owner in an NFL team.’

‘I’m always gonna be in good shape. I’m always gonna be able to throw the ball,’ he added. ‘To come in for a bit like MJ (Michael Jordan) coming back – I don’t know if they’d let me, but I would not be opposed to it.’
