LeBron James and Stephen Curry Celebrated Olympic Gold in Style with a Lavish $200K Party in Paris

LeBron James and Stephen Curry enjoyed a champagne-filled celebration in Paris after securing basketball gold at the Olympics. The Team USA stars hosted a $200,000-plus party in the French capital, indulging in the finest champagne, cigars, and gourmet French cuisine.

LeBron and Curry spared no expense for their victory celebration, spending $70,000 on a private space to share the moment with friends, family, and their entourages. The party featured a menu of exquisite French dishes like steak frites, escargots, and French onion soup, followed by decadent desserts such as crème brûlée, macarons, mille-feuilles, and chocolate soufflé.

To mark the occasion, the basketball legends smoked luxury Cohiba Spectre Limited Edition 2022 Montecristo cigars, ordering five boxes at a cost of $6,500. They also toasted their victory with dozens of bottles of the finest champagne, including 50 bottles of Louis Roederer: Brut Premier for $18,750, 20 bottles of Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 for $6,400, and 15 bottles of 2010 Dom Perignon Luminous Blanc, each costing $1,160.

According to a source involved in Team USA’s private events, the celebration had been meticulously planned in anticipation of winning the gold medal. L’Avenue, a favorite spot for LeBron and the team during their time in Paris, provided the top-tier champagne and cigars requested for the occasion. The party was a resounding success, lasting until the early hours of the morning.

However, the celebration took a sour turn when LeBron was criticized for snubbing a young fan outside the party venue. As he exited the event, LeBron was approached by the fan but brushed him off with a raised hand, telling him, “Stop, stop, stop.” The fan, visibly shocked, apologized, but the incident quickly drew backlash on social media, with fans expressing their disappointment in LeBron’s actions.

Despite the controversy, LeBron had an outstanding Olympic performance, earning tournament MVP honors. He averaged 14.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 8.5 assists during the Paris Games, leading Team USA to victory and adding a third Olympic gold medal to his collection.

Reflecting on his achievement, LeBron said, “I’m just living in the moment, super humble that I can still play this game and play it at a high level. Winning gold is what matters most to me, and it’s pretty cool.”

Paris marked LeBron’s third Olympic gold medal and his fourth overall since joining the NBA. Despite the fan incident, his Olympic legacy remains impressive, with his on-court success overshadowing the off-court mishap.
