Hathaway claimed that according to her, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Garner are some of the stars who have mastered the art of kissing on camera.

Anne Hathaway has been a part of several romantic projects and we have also seen her kissing on screen a lot of times. Interestingly, the actress stated that most of her co-actors didn’t know how to kiss appropriately. The Love & Other Drugs actress has a distinct kissing technique and only found James McAvoy who got it.

But apparently, the actress doesn’t consider her to be the best and thinks that some other stars master the art of showing affection on-screen far better. She specifically mentioned Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Garner whose kissing skills impressed her very much.

“It’s a totally different experience. But really you have to be Angelina Jolie to pull that off and still look good. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I ain’t no Angie. If you’re both unattached and you get along, of course kissing in a movie is fun. But you can never get truly deep down and into it. Well, I can’t. Jennifer Garner— now that girl can movie kiss!”

It can be felt from Anne Hathaway’s statement that as much she envies the skills of the other actresses, she also respects Jolie and Garner for their talent. But not everyone is going to agree with The Devil Wears Prada actress. According to Jennifer Garner, her kids aren’t big fans of her projects and they especially hate to watch their mom cry or kiss in movies.

Jennifer Garner was recently spotted in the Apple TV+ limited miniseries The Last Thing He Told Me. When she appeared in an interview with InStyle, she revealed that her kids with Ben Affleck prefer their dad’s movies more than hers. According to the Catch Me If You Can actress, the kids don’t find it comfortable to watch their mother sad on-screen or make love to any other man.

“My kids don’t love to watch me in things. They do to be supportive, but I think it’s a little weird to watch your mom kiss someone or cry. It’s different. They don’t mind watching their dad. They don’t want to see me sad, and they don’t want to see me in a romance. They don’t love seeing me play someone else’s mom, honestly.”

Garner has three kids, one son and two daughters with former husband Ben Affleck. She is unsure if they would check out her new project but also stated that she has read with her middle daughter, the book on which the series is made.

Jennifer Garner added that it was quite challenging for her to portray her role in the latest Apple TV+ series. She admitted that she did everything she could do to keep her role as close to the book as possible.
