Patrick Mahomes’ mom claims her NFL quarterback son may not match THIS Tom Brady feat

Patrick Mahomes‘ mom – Randi – has warned NFL fans that her quarterback son may not play as long as he would like to, despite the Chiefs’ star attempt at matching Tom Brady‘s longevity in the league.

On a recent episode of ‘The Mom Game Podcast’ this week, Randi disclosed what the three-time Super Bowl champion once told her: that he is willing to call it a day if his career interfered with his family.

‘I hear him you know, make comments like, ”If the game takes me away from my kids, I might not play as long as Tom Brady,” and I’m like, I’m so proud of him for that,’ she said in a discussion with Julie Dobbs and Emily Jones.

Mahomes, who many project to become the ‘Greatest of All Time’ (GOAT), has won three championships over the last seven years with Kansas City along with multiple individual honors and awards, like the league MVP, twice, and the league’s offensive player of the year award.

But, he is still a far cry from Brady’s seven Super Bowl rings, which the former New England Patriots QB won in a 23-year career timespan.

She suggested that the quarterback places his family above all, including football, on her podcast

Brady also has five Super Bowl MVPs to Mahomes’ three and is a three-time MVP and NFL Offensive Player of the Year.

In the past, Mahomes unequivocally said that his family comes before his prestigious NFL career.

‘I’ve looked. If I played until Tom’s age, my daughter would be 19, 20 years old. That would mean missing plenty of youth sporting events and other commitments,’ the Chiefs signal-caller explained.

And although he would like to play on as long as Brady, he confessed that ‘At the same time, I want to be there for my daughter. If I can do that, I’ll continue to play.
