Brock Purdy’s first full season as the starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers ended in disappointment as the NFC champions were shown up at the Super Bowl, losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in February.
Having tasted a Super Bowl in his second season as a pro, especially having entered the NFL as the last pick of the 2022 draft, Purdy will be keen on returning as soon as possible. It appears he’s been putting in some serious work, as he has already undergone a remarkable physical transformation.
Images of the 2023 MVP candidate looking jacked have surfaced online this week, with photographer Aaron Berkshire posting some of them to his Instagram.

Purdy, who’s said to be training at the CORTX Sports Performance Center in Florida, has had a very busy offseason. Since his Super Bowl appearance, he’s tied the knot and even saved a reporter from what could have been a deadly coyote attack recently.
Brock Purdy Is Out For Revenge
Brock Purdy played 16 regular season games for the Niners in 2023, passing for 4,280 yards and 31 touchdowns. The team’s decision to make him the starter over Jimmy Garoppolo and Trey Lance paid off impressively, and he’s still expected to improve.
The QB is keen on revenge after falling short at the final hurdle. Yet, the Chiefs are just as motivated, given the opportunity to become the first-ever NFL team to win three consecutive championships.
As things stand, the 49ers are the betting favorites to go all the way next season, and Purdy will hope he can take them there after establishing himself as one of the top QBs in the league.
