Despite their ups and downs in recent weeks, the Kansas City Chiefs finally secured their place in the postseason. Now, many fans are waiting to know how many of those games will attend the current darling of the NFL, singer Taylor Swift.

With a tight 25-17 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, the Chiefs were finally able to breathe, knowing that they had secured a spot in the playoffs and that no one could take the title of the Western Division of the American Conference from them.

With that issue resolved, the attention of many fans, Swifties in particular, is on knowing how many times they will see the performer in the boxes supporting her boyfriend, Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce.

Since the couple announced their romance in late September, Swift has attended eight games. The first was on September 24 against the Chicago Bears, and the most recent was on December 31 against the Bengals. Whether she attends more games will depend almost exclusively on Kansas City’s results.

The schedule for Chiefs

Kansas City has one regular season game left, this Sunday against the Chargers in Los Angeles. However, Swift’s presence is ruled out, since she will attend the Golden Globes that same day.

After that, the Chiefs will have to play in the Wild Card Round on the weekend of January 13-15. Although the Week 18 games may still cause some seeding moves, Kansas City is currently the third seed and would host the sixth-seeded Buffalo Bills.

Although it is not yet known for sure, the Swifties will likely be able to enjoy the presence of their idol in the boxes at Arrowhead Stadium. The singer has been present in duels where there was nothing at stake, such as against the Jets and Patriots, so it would be strange not to see her in a game as crucial as this one.

After that, everything is uncertain. If the predictions come true and the Chiefs defeat the Bills, they will face the winner between the Miami Dolphins and the Indianapolis Colts in the Divisional Round, from January 20 to 21.

This would open the possibility of seeing Swift at Hard Rock Stadium in case of a Miami victory or back at Arrowhead in case of an Indianapolis surprise.

Will we see Swift in the Super Bowl?

As the postseason progresses, it is more difficult to make predictions, but after the Divisional Round, only the Conference Championship remains, and finally, the Super Bowl on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The bad news for Travis Kelce and the Swifties is that the NFL’s schedule clashes with the singer’s “Eras Tour” schedule.

Just between February 7 and 10, the “Blank Space” singer will be in Japan to give four concerts at the Tokyo Dome, and from February 16 to 26, she will offer seven recitals in Australia.

The road to the Super Bowl still has four games left, and the Kansas City Chiefs continue to be one of the strong contenders in the AFC to compete for the Vince Lombardi Trophy, so there are still ample possibilities of seeing “Tay Tay” adorning the NFL boxes.
