Much like most celebrities and even commoners, even Affleck and Garner seemed to handle the situation well. Or maybe that’s what they wanted people to believe in. Jennifer Garner Admitted the Hardest Part of Parenting

Remaining tight-lipped about the experience, all this while, the actress finally got candid about the difficulties of being a parent. Speaking with the outlet, Jennifer Garner admitted the toughest part of parenting has been allowing her and Ben Affleck’s three children to make their own decisions.

I have a really hard time not saying, ‘This is what I see you as,’ and, ‘I think you should,’. I really have to sit on my hands.”

Trying to guide her three children through every step of life, Jennifer Garner admitted finding it hard to let her and Ben Affleck‘s kids make decisions by themselves. Further, she opened up about how her parents did the same while raising her. But now that she’s a mother herself, Garner admitted being “amazed by” her parents, since it is “so hard.”

I’m just watching them in this new phase of life where they’re figuring out who they’re going to be and what they’re going to study. And I’m so interested in them. All the time, I’m interested in everything about them.”

Despite finding it hard to allow her little ones to make decisions for themselves, Jennifer Garner implied that she wants her children to figure out what they want from life, and who they want to grow into, all by themselves. Although she is struggling with the desire to plan and sort out everything for her kids, Garner noted taking a step back to let her children grow.
