I’M an incredibly attractive ten out of ten type of girl but almost every one of my boyfriends has cheated on me.
What I can’t figure out is why – surely they’re not finding anyone prettier than I am?

And I’m not alone – just look at the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lopez, even Beyonce.
It seems the hotter a woman is, the more likely she is to be cheated on.
I’m incredibly attractive, with textbook good looks. I’ve got dark hair, light green eyes and a great size-eight figure.
My complexion is flawless, made perfect by the thousands of pounds worth of cosmetic procedures including veneers, a ‘new’ nose as well as lip, cheek and jaw fillers.
They’re always the tall, dark and handsome breed – think British actor Henry Cavill, who starred as Superman in the DC Extended Universe.
And, I’m drawn to the men who have the Instagram-fuelled rugged good looks that lots of women love – and these are the sort of men who are usually more likely to cheat.
But that doesn’t deter me. For some strange reason it keeps me on my toes and the inevitable betrayal that usually follows doesn’t scare me off either.
That’s because I enjoy the early thrill of being love bombed by these men who compliment me on my appearance.
But as soon as a man realises I have a personality and a brain, it’s as though they can’t handle it and they look elsewhere.
I love to talk about sci-fi, music and films.
But God forbid there is ever a good looking woman who has a voice of opinion.
I’ve been cheated on so many times since my teens – I’ve literally lost count.
I was living happily with my boyfriend of three years and it turned out he was cheating on me with his ex fiance.
I had a hunch something was off and when I questioned his movements, he’d make up some of the worst lies.
It wasn’t long before I quickly discovered he was cheating, and not just with his ex, but with other women too.

Another ex partner told me I needn’t worry that his best friend was female.
We soon split up, and they quickly got together, which told me all I needed to know.
There’s never two people in my relationships, but always three.
I don’t know for sure, and neither do I understand why, but I think it’s a misguided view that the ‘grass is greener’.

So what do I do to get over the break ups? I’ll cut my hair, have my lips pumped with filler or I’ll get a new tattoo.
Anything to make me look more attractive – even if my appearance is all men want to talk about.
It’s a vicious circle – I don’t want to be valued on my looks but that’s all I ever end up being valued on.
Men fall for me quickly – it’s my hair, make-up and nails that wows them – and I keep in tip top shape as well.
But I also gravitate towards ‘bad boys’ and that’s where I go wrong.
Pretty face
Sometimes I tell myself, ‘Shut up, you’re just a pretty face’ but then I realise my self worth.
And to make myself better, I think of the rich, famous and gorgeous women who share my angst.

Khloe Kardashian, Elizabeth Hurley, even US actress Megan Fox…the list goes on.
All of these women are stunning yet scorned…and I completely relate.

Being cheated on so many times means I’ve lost faith in men – I’d even call it relationship PTSD – so I’m single now and I’m trying to avoid one at all costs. I’m learning that I need more than the butterflies in my stomach for a relationship to last.
Sometimes I think I should lower my standards – find a nice guy who isn’t blessed with good looks.
Maybe then he wouldn’t feel the temptation to stray – but then would I get bored and look elsewhere myself?
