This may be the chicest mullet dress ever! For the Peppermint premiere in Los Angeles on Aug. 28, Garner stepped up her LBD game, looking radiant in a black suchesse satin Narciso Rodriguez high-low dress, which she teamed with two-toned black-and-silver heels and David Webb jewels.
