So much for those big plans that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen had together.

Back in 2020, the former super-couple bought an exclusive, 2-acre plot of land on Indian Creek Island. They purchased the land for $17-million and began construction for what was going to be a decked-out mansion that included everything from a yoga terrace to a meditation garden and pickle-ball court.

However, it appears as though those plans are no more, as they former couple has officially halted construction and put an end to their project.

According to The New York Post, the couple has ‘terminated’ their construction plans and paid off all outstanding bills for materials and labor related to the project. Instead, Brady is expected to used the land to build his own $35-million bachelor property after he was awarded the lot in their divorce settlement.

In the meantime, Brady is leasing a luxury condo at the Fendi Château Residences in Surfside.

As for Gisele, she has since purchased an $11.5-million piece of land across the water from Brady’s new $35-million project.

The two have been divorced since October of 2022, but appear to be getting along as they work to coparent and raise their kids together.
