Rob Gronkowski flexing his muscles while picture shows Tom Brady in full uniform
Rob Gronkowski is playing matchmaker for his former QB.

On Monday’s episode of the quarterback’s SiriusXM podcast “Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray,” Gronkowski suggested that the veteran QB consider dating Sally Field. She was his costar in his 80 for Brady film.

The 33-year-old said “You know, I was wondering too, Tom, have you been considering dating Sally Field after that Oscar-worthy performance or what?”

“We did have kind of an on-camera little, you know, thing going on,” the seven-time Super Bowl champion admitted. “We really enjoyed our time together, so we’ll see where it goes from there.”

“Yeah, I know, I noticed that,” Gronkowski said as Brady laughed.

The QB then revealed that Gronk had a steamy scene of his own in the film. “I think you and Jane Fonda had a good scene too, which I was a little…that was really spicy,” Brady teased.

“I was excited to see it,” Brady said. “So I think all the fans of Gronk are gonna be excited, and all the Jane Fonda fans, they’re gonna love seeing that.”

“I knew you were going to say that!” Gronk fired back.

“It was really,” Brady said. “I was excited to see it.

“So I think a lot of fans of Gronk are going to be excited to see it. And all the Jane Fonda fans over here. They’re going to love seeing that.”

“Yes, they are,” Gronkowski agreed.
The two former New England Patriots teammates played themselves in “80 For Brady,” which was about four best friends and Brady superfans who travel together to Houston, Texas, to see the New England Patriots take on the Atlanta Falcons in the 2017 Super Bowl. Super Bowl LI featured the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history after the Patriots overcame a 28-3 deficit to win the game.

Gronkowski joined the podcast ahead of the Buccaneers’ playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys, which Brady’s team lost 31-14.

There have now been rumors that Gronk could come out of retirement and join Brady once again, but possibly on a brand new team this time around.
