One of the messiest parts of any divorce is splitting up the assets. However, it appears as though Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen had that pretty much all figured out from the get-go.

According to Page Six, the couple had an “ironclad” prenup made out before their marriage in 2009. And with both owning their own separate businesses, all that was really left to sort out were their properties.
A source said, “There was an ironclad prenup set down before they married in 2009. They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.”

It is believed Brady, 45, will keep the $17 million mansion currently under construction on the “billionaire’s bunker” Indian Creek Island in Miami. They bought the property in 2020 and demolished it.

As for Gisele, she reportedly purchased some property in Miami Beach before their divorce that she’ll be using as an office. And she has a couple of other properties coming her way in the divorce as well:
The Post reported that ahead of their divorce, the Brazilian bombshell quietly purchased her own home in Miami Beach, a modest three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad for for $1.25 million.

Sources say she will likely use this property as an office, and has also bought another larger home in the area.

Meanwhile, Bündchen, 42, will also retain their home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, where she regularly vacations with the kids.
