Tom Brady’s oldest son, Jack, hopes to play football at one of the nation’s most prestigious football programs.

The same one that the seven-time Super Bowl champion played at, that is.

Jack, 15, is the son of Brady and actress Bridget Moynahan. Brady also has a daughter, Vivian and a son, Benjamin, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. Brady and Bündchen announced their divorce back in October after 13 years of marriage.

During an interview with Vanity Fair, Bündchen revealed that Jack dreams of playing football at the University of Michigan, Tom’s alma mater:
“The whole brood is thriving, and Jack remains her bonus child. “I love him so much,” Bündchen says of Jack, who is “quarterbacking”—very much a verb in this household—with aspirations of going to his father’s alma mater, the University of Michigan.”
It’s hard to believe now, but the NFL’s all-time passing yards and passing touchdowns king was not highly-touted coming out of college.

Brady spent four seasons with the Wolverines, playing there from 1996 to ’99. He completed 61.9 percent of pass attempts for 4,773 yards and 30 touchdowns against 17 interceptions. Brady was drafted in the sixth round, 199th overall, by the New England Patriots back in 2000.

An injury to starting quarterback Drew Bledsoe opened the door for Brady to step in as the Patriots’ starting QB in Week 2 of the 2001 season. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Brady would lead the Patriots to the franchise’s first Super Bowl victory over the heavily-favored St. Louis Rams that same season. Brady, who announced his retirement on Feb. 1, walked away a seven-time Super Bowl champion and three-time league MVP.

Brady became part owner of the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces, owned by Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis. In 2024, Brady will begin his career as an NFL analyst on FOX Sports.
