Marcus Jordan & Ashley Stevenson unfollow each other as IG model shoots down dating rumors

Rumors have been circulating recently about Marcus Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, reportedly being in a relationship with model Ashley Stevenson, who has about 6,100 followers as of writing. However, Stevenson has publicly denied these claims, stating that she and Marcus are not, and have never been, dating.

Over the past few days, Marcus had been sharing moments with Stevenson on social media, showing them spending time together on a boat in the south of France. The two appeared close, with one photo showing Stevenson sitting on top of Marcus, and another of them hugging while lying on the boat.

Despite the speculation, Stevenson clarified the situation in an Instagram story on Thursday, saying:

“I’m single.”

“Marcus and I are NOT dating and haven’t been.”

This revelation came as a surprise, especially since just days before, the pair had been posting affectionate photos and even leaving heart emojis on each other’s posts. As of Thursday, however, they have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

These dating rumors involving Marcus Jordan and Ashley Stevenson emerged just months after Marcus’s breakup with Larsa Pippen in March.

Following her statement, Stevenson shared another post on her Instagram story, suggesting life “magic pills” such as hitting the gym, partying less, upgrading one’s circle of friends, avoiding drama, dressing well, making money, smelling nice and talking less.

Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of NBA legend Scottie Pippen, began dating Marcus Jordan, the son of basketball icon Michael Jordan, five years ago. Larsa and Scottie were married in 1997, but their relationship faced challenges, ultimately leading to their separation in December 2021. There is a notable 16-year age difference between Larsa and Marcus.

After nearly two years of dating, Larsa and Marcus announced their split in April.

Reflecting on the breakup, Larsa said:

“I just think we are on a different journey, and I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing, and what he’s doing. I want him to be happy. He’s a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me.”

Throughout most of 2023, the couple was surrounded by engagement rumors, which both Larsa and Marcus denied. Marcus even mentioned that he hoped his father would be his best man at their wedding, had they decided to marry.
