Kim Kardashian made use of the custom Janet Jackson outfit she bought at an auction three years ago as she headed to the icon’s concert in Palm Springs on Tuesday night.

Taking to Instagram, the 43-year-old SKIMS mogul — who enjoyed a ‘walk’ with sister Kourtney Kardashian recently — teased footage of herself wearing the one-of-one two-piece ensemble Janet, 58, wore in her 1993 ‘If’ music video.

Engaging her 362 million followers, Kardashian showed off her taut tummy in the shrunken black vest and matching lace-up suede trousers.

First, she recorded her footsteps as she walked in pointy-toe black heels and cooed, ‘Can you guys guess where I’m going tonight? I bet you will never guess.’

In a second clip shared to her Stories, she dropped a huge hint as she soundtracked it to Janet’s upbeat R&B hit.

Jackson gave Kim her blessing after she scored the pieces at an auction in May 2021

Next, Kim filmed herself in the backseat of a luxury vehicle as she made her way to the Acrisure Arena at Greater Palm Springs.

She showed a bit of her bleach blonde locks and revealed her fully made up face.

The snippet was posted along with another one of Jackson’s smash singles, Any Time, Any Place.

Finally, Kim confessed: ‘I’m spamming tonight so unless u wanna see so much @janetjackson content I suggest u stay off my page.’

In the following Story post, Kim re-shared a note the pop legend shared with her shortly after she scored the outfit.

Back in May 2021 Kim uploaded a photo of Janet in the If video and gushed, ‘For @janetjackson’s bday bc I’m such a fan I can’t believe I won this outfit on @jules_auctions.’

The songstress reposted it and added, ‘Thank u so much @kimkardashian I hope ‘IF’ gives u as much pleasure as it did me,’ along with three kiss emoji.

Jules Auctions also shared the news of Kim’s purchase on X at the time, which was then called Twitter.

The low-rise trousers feature fringe going down the sides of the legs.

And the sleek, cropped vest boasts buttons going up the front, along with thin, white shells sewn onto either side.

Kim found the perfect complementary choker with coordinating shells to wear to the show.
