The 13 Going on 30 star, 52, wore a dark navy sweatshirt with a pair of black leggings. She completed her outfit with grey sneakers featuring neon orange laces.

Her brunette tresses were pulled back into a casual bun, and her eyes shielded with a pair of sunglasses.

Meanwhile Samuel, 12, rocked a yellow t-shirt with blue Nike shorts, white socks, and green sneakers.

She shares Samuel as well as Violet, 18, and Fin (formerly Seraphina), 15, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, 51. The outing comes amid rumors that ‘divorce is imminent’ between Affleck and his current wife Jennifer Lopez, 54.

Garner and Affleck met on the set of the movie Pearl Harbor in the early 2000s, but didn’t start dating until later.

In 2004, shortly after his first broken engagement to Lopez, the two sparked up a romance, before getting married in 2005.

Their eldest daughter Violet was born that same year in December. Fin followed in 2009 and Samuel in 2012.

The duo announced their separation in 2015 after nearly 10 years of marriage, and officially filed for divorce in 2017.

Garner has since moved on with businessman John Miller.

Meanwhile Affleck rekindled his romance with Lopez in April 2021. The two wed in Vegas in July 2022, followed by a lavish ceremony in Georgia in August.

However, the pair’s marriage has been hit by split claims, starting in May.

Earlier this week it was reported the two have hired realtor Santiago Arana, from The Agency, to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased last year.

The couple, who have reportedly been ‘living apart’ for weeks, bought the residence after touring more than 80 properties together to find the perfect martial home for their blended family.

Amid rumors that ‘divorce is imminent’ for the pair, a source told TMZ that their relator has been ‘showing the house for around 2 weeks’ but has not secured a buyer yet.

The insider reported that ‘they’re asking around $65 million for the house.’ With the ‘significant money’ the Oscar winner and singer put into improvements, the outlet said they would be taking a ‘loss of millions of dollars.’

TMZ also reported that Lopez is ‘already looking for a new house’ as Affleck stays at a 100K-per-month rental in Brentwood, near his ex-wife, Garner.

Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photographs of their marital home’s lavish interior have popped up on realtor websites after being removed following the property’s sale to the couple last May.

It is just the latest indicator that all is not well with the A-listers. Lopez recently shocked fans by abruptly cancelling the US leg of her ‘This is Me Now’ tour for which sales had proved disappointing.

The reason the actress and singer gave for pulling out of her long-standing commitment was that she was ‘taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.’

According to In Touch the stars are in couple’s therapy and Garner, has proved an unlikely champion and support of her ex’s marriage.

The couple has rarely been photographed together in more than two months – at one point going through a 50 day stretch of never being spotted together. And Lopez has turned up to a series of significant events – the premier of her Netflix movie Atlas and the Met Gala – solo.

A source told TMZ that Affleck could not attend the Met event because he was busy filming ‘The Accountant 2’ across the country. Yet he found time to attend Tom Brady’s roast one day earlier.
