In a conversation with Viva magazine, Lipa revealed her fitness secrets. She shared insights on her preferred workout frequency, the ideal time of day for her, and the type of workout she aims for.
“I like to do something quick and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT workout that I can do before starting the day.”, the singer revealed to the media.
According to Viva, the singer also shared the secret to her toned midsection, mentioning that she maintains it through “variations of crunches.”
Besides crunches, she says, “Planks are great, but definitely not my favorite!” Exercises that Dua often participates in include rock climbing, jumping rope, and crunches – she definitely knows how to keep her workout routine interesting.
Naturally, with her busy schedule, she can’t make time for intense workouts. However, it seems like she’s discovered a routine that works perfectly for her.
“If I don’t have time, I don’t want to wake up hours earlier, so I exercise intensely, shower, eat breakfast and prepare to go,” the beauty shared.
But when she has free time, she likes to mix up different workouts, as she told Marie Claire: “I like to mix up different workouts, find different workouts in any city I come, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing.”
But there’s another workout she really enjoys. “I like boxing in my free time. I like to do it for exercise and I like to do it just to clear my head.
