In a conversation with Viva magazine, Lipa revealed her fitness secrets. She shared insights on her preferred workout frequency, the ideal time of day for her, and the type of workout she aims for.
“I like to do something quick and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT workout that I can do before starting the day.”, the singer revealed to the media.
